2017 I’ve made a commitment to shoot only real newborn sessions. No more babies in baskets, posing, nada. just family and blankets. I want to capture new life as it is in the moment. I started doing mostly natural posing and sessions last year, but often the baskets would come out at some point and the photoshopping backgrounds in would always happen. But then I realized….mine and clients favourite images were the real ones…the cuddles and giggles and funny faces. So no more. Bring on the real this year. The heart and soul of it all <3.
This family was amazing….seriously made me tear up watching this big brother dote on his baby sister. Makes me super excited for W to be a big brother…one day. For now i’ll take the newborn cuddles when I can.
